Manipura- The Solar Plexus, also known as Manipura, is the third chakra relative to the body in the energetic system. It is located in the pit of your stomach, just below your diaphragm.

This chakra converts inertia into movement and is associated with fire and sun. It’s the center of personal power, identity, ego, confidence, authenticity, integrity, and honor. 

In order to keep this Chakra in alignment we must live our lives by the tenet of authenticity! This means being completely honest with ourselves in every aspect of life and living with integrity- especially in relationships.
